Prices quoted are per Town Home per week and include all sales taxes and cleaning fees. We accept payment in either £ sterling or US$. Credit Card payments are accepted through Pay Pal although a small surcharge of 3% will be added for this service. Minimum stay is 4 nights. The property is cleaned thouroughly at every departure. A cleaning fee of $90.00 is payable locally by Guests who stay for less than 7 nights. **The cleaning fee is payable in conjunction with the special offer above. A £100.00 deposit is required for each booking. £200.00 for stays over 17 nights. Deposit refundable if booking is cancelled 10 weeks or more from departure. Full settlement of monies required 6 weeks (8 weeks if paid in US Dollars) from departure date. WPC Management are on site and can help with any questions and advice about Florida. A security deposit of £150.00 (or $300.00) is required for every booking, this is due with the final balance payment 6 weeks (8 weeks if in US Dollars) before your arrival. This will be fully refunded within 14 days of departure after our management company has confirmed that no damage (other than normal wear and tear) has occurred.
