Coral Cay Resort: Our Town Home

A Stylish 3 bedroom/2.5 bath Town House, ideal for families and friends travelling together. Our home is fully furnished to a high standard and sleeps up to 10 guests. There is fully air conditioning with ceiling fans in every room. The lounge area leads onto a private patio with your own hot tub, where a cold beer or glass of wine can be enjoyed at the end of an exciting day in the many theme parks.

Our Town Home is built over 2 floors and parking for 2 cars isavailable at the front of the building. It has been built to the highest standards by Engineered Homes who are recognised as one of the premier house builders in Florida. Furnishing and finishing touches are beautifully done.
The Entrance hallway leads directly into the lounge and dining area with a well equipped fitted kitchen. The master bedroom with en suite facilities is located on the ground floor ideal for young or old alike.

The Lounge comprises:
- 3 seater Queen sofa bed and 2 chairs. These directly face the 27" T.V. and DVD player.
- Dining table, 4 chairs, ceiling fan and easy access to the kitchen which has another 2 chairs at the breakfast bar.
- The lounge leads onto a private patio with a Hot Tub, table, 4 chairs and mesh screening against insects. The view from the Hot Tub is of conservation land.

Fantastic Hot Tub, the perfect place to relax and unwind after a busy day at the theme parks. The kid's just love it. The Hot tub overlooks a conservation area in a peaceful and private location - Perfect! |

The Gourmet Style Kitchen is fully fitted to a high standard with an informal dining area to the side. Whether you are having a quick breakfast, takeaway or fully prepared meal everything is here:
- Electric Cooker
- Huge fridge freezer with ice making facility
- Microwave
- Dishwasher, toaster,Kettle etc
- Everything needed for a night in after running around the theme parks!

The Ground Floor Master Bedroom has a King size bed and is very spacious. There are a number of storage cabinets, large walk in wardrobes, ceiling fan, clock radio and a 19" TV. The en suite bathroom has a bath with a powerful shower, wash basin and WC, towel cupboard and of course the all important hairdryer. |

The Second Bedroom has a Queen size bed, chest of drawers and large walk in wardrobes.

The third bedroom has 2 single beds, walk in wardrobes, bedside cabinets and ceiling fan. |

The second bathroom is located next to the 2nd and 3rd bedroom and has a bath with shower (fantastic after a hot day in the sun). There is a washbasin, mirror and WC. |

The games room is found upstairs and is ideal for entertaining the kids (and Dad's!). It is equipped with the following:
- Football Table
- 27"T.V.
- DVD
- Playstation 2 (bring along your own US games)
- Selection of Board games
There is also a Queen size Futon Sofa and can be used as 4th bedroom for the kids.

The Utility closet is located on the ground floor by the half bathroom. This contains washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and brush (please feel free to clean up!)
